Withdrawals can be cancelled for incorrect payment details, technical maintenance, changes on the payment provider’s side, etc.
If your withdrawal was cancelled, you should have received an email from our Finance Department with a reason. Please check both your inbox and spam folder and contact Customer Support if you have not received the email.
